How do I know it will fit?
You'll find the measurements in each fan's details. Because every piece is shaped by hand, sizes can wander a little from one to the next. If you're unsure whether something belongs in your space, write to us — we love helping you picture it at home.
How do I care for my fan?
Treat it the way you'd treat something you mean to keep. Open and close it gently, keep it away from damp and long hours of harsh sun, and let any marks it gathers become part of its story. A handmade fan likes to be handled slowly.
How long will it take, and what if it isn't quite right?
Each order is wrapped with care and sent within 5-7 business days, with a tracking link on its way to your inbox. If a fan doesn't find its place with you, you may return it within 14 days of arrival — unused and in its original wrapping. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
