Inspiration
Costa is a small ode to the Aegean summer, made especially for 11 Beach in Alaçatı. Its rays open like the sun over the water — warm gold against white linen — broken by one clear stroke of sea-blue, the colour of the shallows you wade into without thinking. It carries the feeling of a long, bright afternoon by the coast, the kind you don't want to end.
Know How
Each fan is made by hand by Spanish families who have folded fans for generations. The [wood] sticks are cut and shaped by hand, the [cotton] leaf hand-pleated and assembled to the frame with care. Because every piece is made slowly and by hand, small natural variations in colour and finish are part of its character — the quiet proof that a real person made it.
