Returns 

You may return any item ordered from objects of sofia within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. This is your legal right of withdrawal under distance selling regulations.

To begin a return, email us at contact@objectsofsofia.com with your order number and let us know which item you'd like to return. We'll then send you the return address so you can ship the item back to us.

Return conditions

The item you wish to return must be unused and in resalable condition. Because our fans are made by hand, each carries small natural variations; these are part of the making and are not considered defects or grounds for return. All accessories and parts sent with the item must be returned together with it, undamaged. Examining the item reasonably does not affect your right to return it; however, you may be responsible for any diminished value if the item has been used, worn, or damaged.

For returns under the right of withdrawal, the cost of shipping the item back to us is yours. If the item is damaged or faulty, return shipping is on us.

Items that cannot be returned

Items that are unsuitable for return by their nature, made to personal order, or specially prepared for occasions (such as New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's/Father's Day), as well as items subject to special import, fall outside the scope of returns within the legal exceptions.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at contact@objectsofsofia.com to request a return or exchange. In this case, any shipping costs are ours.

Refunds

Once an accepted return reaches us and has been checked, your payment will be refunded using your original payment method within the legal time frame.

İade ve Cayma Hakkı

objects of sofia'dan sipariş ettiğiniz bir ürünü, size tesliminden itibaren 14 gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin iade edebilirsiniz. Bu, mesafeli satış kapsamındaki yasal cayma hakkınızdır.

İade işlemini başlatmak için contact@objectsofsofia.com adresine sipariş numaranızla birlikte e-posta gönderin ve hangi ürünü iade etmek istediğinizi bize bildirin. Talebinizin ardından size iade adresini ileteceğiz; ürünü o adrese gönderebilirsiniz.

İade koşulları

İade etmek istediğiniz ürünün kullanılmamış ve yeniden satılabilir durumda olması gerekir. Yelpazelerimiz elde yapıldığından, her biri kendine has küçük farklılıklar taşır; bu doğal farklılıklar kusur sayılmaz ve iade gerekçesi oluşturmaz. Ürünle birlikte gönderilen tüm aksesuar ve parçaların, hasarsız bir şekilde ürünle beraber iade edilmesi gerekir. Ürünü incelemek amacıyla makul ölçüde açmanız iade hakkınızı etkilemez; ancak ürünün kullanılması, yıpranması veya hasar görmesi durumunda değerindeki azalmadan sorumlu olabilirsiniz.

Cayma hakkı kapsamındaki iadelerde, ürünü bize geri gönderme kargo ücreti tarafınıza aittir. Ürünün hasarlı veya hatalı olması durumunda ise kargo masrafı tarafımıza aittir.

İadesi mümkün olmayan ürünler

Niteliği gereği iadeye uygun olmayan, kişiye özel üretilen ya da özel günler (yılbaşı, Sevgililer Günü, Anneler/Babalar Günü vb.) için özel olarak hazırlanan ürünler ile özel ithalata konu ürünler, yasal istisnalar çerçevesinde iade kapsamı dışındadır.

Hasarlı veya hatalı ürün

Ürününüz size hasarlı ya da hatalı ulaştıysa, contact@objectsofsofia.com üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçerek iade ya da değişim talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. Bu durumda doğacak kargo masrafları tarafımıza aittir.

Geri ödeme

İadesi kabul edilen ürünlerin bedeli, ürün tarafımıza ulaşıp incelendikten sonra, ödemeyi yaptığınız yöntemle yasal süre içinde tarafınıza iade edilir.
