İADE VE DEĞİŞİM POLİTİKASI
1. Cayma Hakkı (14 Gün)
objects of sofia'dan sipariş ettiğiniz bir ürünü, size veya belirlediğiniz kişiye tesliminden itibaren 14 gün içinde, herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve cezai şart ödemeksizin iade edebilirsiniz. Bu, mesafeli satış kapsamındaki yasal cayma hakkınızdır.
Cayma hakkınızı, siparişinizi verdiğiniz an ile ürünün size teslim edildiği tarih arasındaki sürede de kullanabilirsiniz. Tek siparişte birden fazla ürün alıp ürünler ayrı ayrı teslim edilmişse, 14 günlük süre son ürünü teslim aldığınız gün başlar.
2. İade Talebinin İletilmesi
İade işlemini başlatmak için info@objectsofsofia.com adresine sipariş numaranızla birlikte e-posta gönderin ve hangi ürünü iade etmek istediğinizi bize bildirin. Dilerseniz Ön Bilgilendirme Formu ekindeki örnek cayma formunu kullanabilirsiniz; ancak bu form zorunlu değildir, süresi içinde yapılan açık bir bildirim yeterlidir.

3. Süreler
– Cayma bildiriminizi ilettiğiniz tarihten itibaren 10 gün içinde ürünü bize geri göndermeniz gerekir.
– Cayma bildiriminiz bize ulaştıktan sonra 14 gün içinde, teslimat masrafları da dâhil olmak üzere tahsil edilen tüm ödemeleri, ödemede kullandığınız yöntemle size iade ederiz.
4. Ürünün Durumu
Ürünü tanımak, denemek ve incelemek amacıyla açmanız ve kullanmanız iade hakkınızı etkilemez. Ürünü işleyişine, teknik özelliklerine ve kullanım talimatlarına uygun şekilde kullandığınız sürece meydana gelen değişiklik ve bozulmalardan sorumlu değilsiniz. Bu sınırların aşılması nedeniyle üründe değer azalması meydana gelirse, yalnızca bu değer azalması oranında sorumlu olabilirsiniz.
Ürünle birlikte gönderilen aksesuar, parça ve faturanın ürünle beraber gönderilmesini rica ederiz.
Yelpazelerimiz el yapımıdır; her biri renk tonu, doku ve ölçüde kendine has küçük farklılıklar taşır. Bu doğal farklılıklar üretim yönteminin sonucudur. Bu husus, ürünün ayıplı olması hâlinde 6502 sayılı Kanun'dan doğan haklarınızı (ücretsiz onarım, ayıpsız misliyle değişim, bedel indirimi veya sözleşmeden dönme) ortadan kaldırmaz.
5. Kargo Masrafları
Cayma hakkı kapsamındaki iadelerde, ürünü bize geri gönderme kargo ücreti size aittir ve iade için öngörülen taşıyıcı Yurtiçi Kargo'dur. Ürünün hasarlı, hatalı veya ayıplı olması hâlinde iade kargo masrafı tarafımıza aittir.
6. Cayma Hakkının Kullanılamayacağı Hâller
Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nde sayılan istisnalar saklıdır. Ürünlerimiz bakımından uygulanabilecek başlıca istisna, isteğiniz veya kişisel ihtiyaçlarınız doğrultusunda hazırlanan ya da kişiye özel üretilen (örneğin üzerine isim/monogram işlenen) ürünlerdir. Bunun dışında, mevsimsel veya özel gün temalı olarak satışa sunulan standart ürünler için cayma hakkınız aynen geçerlidir.
7. Hasarlı veya Ayıplı Ürün
Ürününüz size hasarlı ya da ayıplı ulaştıysa, info@objectsofsofia.com üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçerek iade ya da değişim talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. Bu durumda doğacak kargo masrafları tarafımıza aittir. Ürünün size tesliminden önce oluşan kayıp ve hasardan tarafımız sorumludur.
Teslim anında pakette ezik, kırık veya hasar fark ederseniz kargo görevlisine tutanak tutturmanızı öneririz. Tutanak tutulmamış olması yasal haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.
8. Şikâyet ve Uyuşmazlık
Talep ve şikâyetlerinizi info@objectsofsofia.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Uyuşmazlık hâlinde, Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından her yıl ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dâhilinde yerleşim yerinizin bulunduğu veya işlemin yapıldığı yerdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyeti'ne, bu sınırların üzerinde ise Tüketici Mahkemeleri'ne başvurabilirsiniz.
Türkçe metin ile İngilizce metin arasında çelişki bulunması hâlinde Türkçe metin esas alınır.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Products purchased from objects of sofia may be returned within 14 days of delivery to you or to the person you designated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under Turkish distance selling regulations.
You may also exercise this right between the moment your order is placed and the delivery of the product. If several products in a single order are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive the last product.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@objectsofsofia.com with your order number, indicating which item(s) you wish to return. You may use the model withdrawal form annexed to the Pre-Contractual Information Form, but its use is not mandatory; any clear statement made within the period is sufficient.

3. Time Limits
– You must send the product back to us within 10 days from the date you communicate your withdrawal.
– We will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used.
4. Condition of the Product
Opening, handling and testing the product in order to inspect it does not affect your right to return. You are not liable for any change or deterioration resulting from use of the product in accordance with its normal functioning, technical specifications and instructions for use. If a diminished value arises because these limits have been exceeded, you may be liable only to the extent of that diminished value.
We kindly ask that any accessories, components and the invoice supplied with the product be returned together with it.
Our fans are handcrafted and each piece may feature minor unique variations in colour tone, texture and dimensions. These natural differences result from the production method. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event the product is defective (free repair, replacement, price reduction or rescission).
5. Shipping Costs
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, and the designated carrier for returns is Yurtiçi Kargo. If the product is defective or damaged, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The exceptions listed in the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation are reserved. The exception most likely to apply to our products is goods prepared in line with your requests or personal needs, or personalised items (for example, those bearing a name or monogram). Apart from these, your right of withdrawal applies in full to standard products offered for sale on a seasonal or special-occasion theme.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may contact us at info@objectsofsofia.com to request a return or exchange. In such cases, any shipping costs incurred will be covered by us. We are responsible for any loss of, or damage to, the product occurring before delivery to you.
If you notice damage to the package on delivery, we recommend that you have the courier draw up a report. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Complaints and Disputes
You may send your requests and complaints to info@objectsofsofia.com. In case of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts above those thresholds.
In case of any conflict between the Turkish and English texts, the Turkish text prevails.
